Account Opening
Any individual(s) of legal age of any nationality or legitimate corporation may apply for a COLHK account. Currently, COLHK is not accepting applications from U.S. citizens at this time. Management reserves the right to approve/deny any application as it sees fit based upon its measures of standard.
The minimum deposit is USD 30,000 or its equivalent in other currencies.

Note: Wire transfers may incur additional charges by the handling banks. These charges will debited from the remittance amounts.
Cheque Deposit
You may also deposit by cheque if you have a local Hong Kong based bank account. For cheques, only US Dollars and Hong Kong Dollars can be cleared by the banking system. Payee is COL Securities (HK) Ltd. with account number of 848-068-151-838 with any HSBC branch in Hong Kong. Kindly write your account number and name on the back of the cheque.
For verification, use the Fund Transfer In notification form and include copy by fax at +852-2868-3205 or by scanned attachment to our email at deposits@colsecurities.com.hk a copy of your deposit slip to COL Securities (HK) Limited Accounting Department. The acknowledgement of receipt will be reflected in your account statement.
Withdrawals from your COLHK account may be made by filling up the Fund Transfer Out. Completely fill up the details necessary into the form and then send a scanned copy to withdrawals@colsecurities.com.hk or have fax to our Accounting Department at (852) 2868 3205. For your protection, COLHK does not allow 3rd party transfers. The recipient account must be the same name as your account with COLHK.
Account Security
Send an Password Reset Email Request to helpdesk@colsecurities.com.hk from your registered email address. This email address is the address that you specified in your account opening, or sent written instruction to update your information. Please include your Account Number and Account Name in the email.
